Be honest, does this sound familiar?
You think you have to work out 6 times per week and eat only 1200 calories to get the body you want.
You are a busy professional and have no time to prioritize yourself or your health.
You've tried to stick to a strict diet and fitness regimen but given up after 2 weeks and gained all the weight back.
You have no idea how to eat healthy balanced meals or how to even start a weight loss journey.
You let one slip-up turn into a slide of eating unhealthy or feel guilty whenever you eat
You start a diet on Monday, and by Friday, you are tired and eat more all weekend because "you deserve it and have to get back to dieting on Monday”
If you're slowly nodding your head in agreement, I want you to know it's ok... you're not alone.
56.4% of women in the U.S. try to lose weight every year.
But many think that in order to do it, you have to eat as little as possible and move as much as possible.
I'm here to show you a better, healthier way!

Hi, I'm Shwetha!
Women's Health and Fitness Coach CPT, PN1
I hated myself and my body for over 20 years. I used to think I needed to eat
as little as possible and exercise as much as possible to lose weight. I
remember doing jumping jacks in the kitchen, feeling guilty after every meal,
and not eating a grape after 8 pm because I heard Oprah Winfrey did it.
I gave birth to 2 beautiful babies, but all I could think about was how my body
was ruined. I was told by my coach that my metabolism was ruined because I
was on the wrong side of 30, had 2 kids, and had hypothyroidism. After being
frustrated, dejected, and overwhelmed for years, when a friend suggested I try
strength training and flexible dieting. I was desperate and gave it a try. To my
surprise, my body and mindset started to change.
I felt empowered, strong, and inspired. I started to love myself for what my
body could do and stopped judging it for how it looked.
I started understanding the practical pieces of how weight loss worked, and
how mindset is a huge part of the journey. (Like how binge eating at night
wasn't the problem, but a symptom.)
As I started sharing my journey, many women reached out to me because
they thought I made it look “doable”. It was then, at the age of 39, that I found
my mission. I decided to get myself certified so I could empower other women and help them be the masters of their own lives.
I firmly believe that when a woman takes care of her health, fitness, and well-
being, the whole world benefits.
